Delivery rules

Delivery Time:

All orders are processed within 1 day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Our delivery time for Dubai,  takes between 1– 3 working days and for other Emirates between 3-5 working days if it is not stated otherwise in the product descriptions. Please note that this is our standard delivery time. Special collections and categories can be delivered faster as it is stated on their product pages.

We are working hard to get your products delivered as fast as possible. Due to recent events, shipment and cargo processes are a bit hectic.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone and make sure you are happy with the timeframe. Otherwise mutually agreeable accommodations will be made.

Shipping Rates:

We are working hard to get our customers the best shipping rates. Shipping rates will be shown clearly on the checkout page for your specific orders. Since our items vary greatly for both size and weight.

Shipping Area:

At the moment we only ship to UAE.We will inform you as soon as our global shipping is ready to launch.

Other terms:

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the size and weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
